Business pressure is there on daily basis, Executive has to visit customer place for business even girls also, Working Time is also more like 10 to 11hrs

...d maintain environment as friendly nature, profession, simple and good behavior. Every month on time salary is credited in my account i never face any problem in salary. I also like the employee re-hire Policy hear.

Financially growth is slow and work pressure is sometime high and difficulty manage in time. At evening time Client call flow is highly increase so difficulty manage. As i am worked in credit card department.

Bank Is Good But Many Peoples Are there is Old But Knowledge Less And Bank Haer Other Bank Employees Maximum Package And There Knowlege level is not up to the Mark. And old Employees struggling.

Many Other Employee they Are hard working But New Comers are High Salary And old Employees Are Less Salary. So culture is Disaster, Because Of salary Defferent.
