Good culture and environment, focus on skills Development and learning. People are good and not much company politics. Exposure to international process and countries.

There are no career opportunities here unless you are working in bookings /sales , they only promote people in sales, I worked here for good 4.5 years but didn't see any growth financially or professionally. I was appreciated many times but in terms of career growth the company stands at nil. Good part is that they didn't make people redundant during covid.

...pretty hectic plus they don't value it. You won't get any additional benefits i.e incentives or bonus however they do give incentives to sales. They need to understand that both departments work in the same tangent so they can't just value sales and devalue payroll
