They offer good salary structure and good benefits apart from salary.

It is a very immature company. Does not have any process to do anything. The management is without the backbone. Not even a single employee is happy working except from few who are in the top level management because they know that they do not deserve this position. They follow inhuman ethics and does’nt like when employees smile. More or less you will feel like a student working there and management is the principle.

...ab but they wont inform you. They will force you to sign the resignation letter. They will literally eat you salary and efforts. Please do not join this worst company if you really want a peaceful life.

Good culture and environment, focus on skills Development and learning. People are good and not much company politics. Exposure to international process and countries.

Dislikes

Salary increment for support service is very low and good for sales. Slow growth in position and salary.

#The company is good, and an appraisal cycle or incentive is fair. #People and teammates are friendly and cooperative. #Good platform for learning especially if you are in your initial stage of getting work-ex. #HR and other cross-functioning teams are easily reachable.

#Low salary #Lack of software/tools for finance ops activities #Taking leave/off is a difficult task even during Indian festivals as well as US-based festivals.
