The University/ company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I gald that am working with this company. We are providing number of mode of learning ways to the students and as well as the carrier opportunities too in to a bold companies. Overall well and good company/ University

Dislikes

Growth is very very slow and compensation is good. Coming to work part is very rude and pressure is very high. Managers do not value an Individuals and unique strengths.

The only university to ensure 100 percent salary for all during the lockdown. There have been no job cuts and university permitted all to work from home even when it started functioning from the premises without any salary deduction. University provided stability and a nurturing environment for all faculty and staff.

If you are a fresher and want to learn how the university system works, then ICFAI would be a great choice for you. You will get trained very well. They make sure that you work on everything that the university offers. Colleagues are great. HR department is very friendly, and help you in every trouble you may face during your tenure.

...ng. It is alloted for few people only. You will never get access to that circle. Before taking the job, please ensure that your salary is what you want, once you get it, you will not get any better salary in the next 3 years. Probably some amount will increase after a year but not significant enough to change anything. Salary is awfully low, take it or leave it policy. Politics is super bad here. Staffs are treated badly. Don't expect that it will be something of great, its a low end job at the beginning. When I joined, I thought of and searched the internet about the job role. All the admin ralated jobs are office jobs. Practically administrative jobs. If you're a fresher, it will be good for you. And not good for experienced candidates. And definitely not good for a longer stay more than 2 years.

I am final year student and I felt there's great practise of favouritism done by the faculty. Deserving potential holders are left behind and only students who are good at buttering are rewarded.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about. It's just faculty is working for salary and students are pursuing degrees just for sake of taking degree. No value addition.
