Working environment is good but and salary comes on time

Management and no job security, they will not tell you how to do work just throw you in the field and ask to do work by yourself only. Everything is delayed and no support from HO at any cost.

ICFAI group is a very ethical organisation. They pay salaries on time. Even in COVID there was no salary deduction neither there was lay off. They pay very good incentives. Job is secure in this group.

Annual Increment is not up to the mark.

ICFAI University is the worst places to work. Most unethical company in education they dont have proper approval for runn4 courses. Specially for marketing person they do seasonal recruitment. Hired in feb n march and fired after campaign. Changes happened to quickly Once the top management changed he changed entire team nation wide according to him. Never suggest anyone to join this unethical company

I am final year student and I felt there's great practise of favouritism done by the faculty. Deserving potential holders are left behind and only students who are good at buttering are rewarded.

There is nothing to like about. It's just faculty is working for salary and students are pursuing degrees just for sake of taking degree. No value addition.

Salary will be on time this is the only good thing about the university. ICFAI is a good organization but ICFAI jaipur is the worst i think. Some people have made it hell.

Dislikes

Work pressure, politics. Director of ICFAI tech is very selfish and ego centric person, he just want "revenue". Many females staffs are in group and promote high level politics.
