No salary hikes No clearity in organisation, no hierarchy followed..no one knows about the product and system except marketing officers. Manager have no responsibility no in time no out time only ask for sale sale daily. Too much politics..

1. It takes 3 years to take your 1st salary salary growth. 2. You have to be very attentive and focused on your MIS for 24*7 time to check your leads, if you missed to check your leads then you loose your hot or warm prospect. 3. No learning, No Party, If they organized party so they ask money from your pocket.
