The work environment is really nice everyone is super friendly. People will help you as much as possible. You get chance to do innovative things and try new solutions. But all of this depends on your boss and the team you work with. Flexible work hours but mostly I was working overtime...

Dislikes

Most of the days I had to do overtime and the work culture is not efficient. The salary is lower compared to industry standards. Depending on your role you might be asked to commute to different office within the city and for certain roles even outside the city

Likes

Teammates were all hardworking and really enjoyed working with them. But I had a great learning working there.

Dislikes

Salary was never satisfactory and it was never ever timely given and no signs of growth in career was seen.

I join ICA Institute but centre director didn't provide us salary according to ICA appointment latter. And their is no any team in backend who give proper knowledge about salary according to joining latter during employees trainy period. How much salary employee will get when employee complete assignments .... They don't care about employee... I am disappointed by their process and take care to employee and about salary....According to me at the backend must have team who co-ordinate with employees and give some attention to employees.....

...o work life balance , still have to travel in weekends and national holidays. 3. Salary is delayed some months by 7 to 8 days 4. Work after the office hours for result outing of centre. 5. Politics involve - favor to close once. 6. No nonveg in cafeteria , which is not acceptable. For social relations among employees.

...EO with brilliant ideas your journey would undoubtedly be a learning curve here. Here focus is on work and new innovations, not on worries related to salary or incentives. An ideal company that sets an example for other corporations on how to treat their working class. If there was a emp-sat score I would rate ICA a 9.5 out of 10

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike here about work culture. Company is good, management is excellent and the reporting managers are nurturing. Only that the regional office in Delhi has not been set up yet, which soon would be, and the make shift office has a lot of impinging from the staff where the office currently runs on a sharing with. That's more because the head office is in Kolkata and the lead of Delhi office is more on official tours. So there's no one to intervene!!
