There is nothing to dislike here about work culture. Company is good, management is excellent and the reporting managers are nurturing. Only that the regional office in Delhi has not been set up yet, which soon would be, and the make shift office has a lot of impinging from the staff where the office currently runs on a sharing with. That's more because the head office is in Kolkata and the lead of Delhi office is more on official tours. So there's no one to intervene!!...Read More

Fake work culture having unethical way of taking interviews with the interviewers , even the interviewer MISS SHREYA ( SENIOR CAREER ADVISOR ) didn't had any ethics while taking the interview . I don't know how come she became senior career advisor having knowledge of nothing . Cheap & very poor way of communicating with the interviewers. She didn't have the ethics how to respect . I should think the company should have to be get blacklisted for having these type of staffs who are mis behaving in terms of taking interviews & wasting time ....Read More

I join ICA Institute but centre director didn't provide us salary according to ICA appointment latter. And their is no any team in backend who give proper knowledge about salary according to joining latter during employees trainy period. How much salary employee will get when employee complete assignments .... They don't care aboutemployee... I am disappointed by their process and take care to employee and about salary....According to me at the backend must have team who co-ordinate with employees and give some attention to employees........Read More

They will hire you for a particular job role. But they will make you do whole lots of work from all the fields.. but if you ask them for a hike or something. They will show you your limited job role.

I worked as a computer trainer in ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. Tilak Road Branch, the staff and the Director specially daga Sir and Vinod Mahale sir is very supportive and helpful
