Company policies is too good . appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In lockdown time . Company not support there employees. This is bad experience with ICA EDU skills.

The work environment is really nice everyone is super friendly. People will help you as much as possible. You get chance to do innovative things and try new solutions. But all of this depends on your boss and the team you work with. Flexible work hours but mostly I was working overtime...

Dislikes

Most of the days I had to do overtime and the work culture is not efficient. The salary is lower compared to industry standards. Depending on your role you might be asked to commute to different office within the city and for certain roles even outside the city

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...pathize with the staff and their needs.This has has been a remarkable journey. Had ups and down with Salary but on time now.

Initially Salary issues were there however for past few months things are back on track.Most employees who have stayed long ,treated this as Govt Organization resulted in low productivity.

Work culture is not there, management is doing anything without thinking about the employees. There is no benefits provided by the company.

Dislikes

A big problem is related with salary, there is no such date for the salary distribution. In this lockdown, they are providing only 30% of the salary.
