As long as you perform your duties honestly, there's no chance of getting fired. What I like the most is that the salary is given on time, even before the month ends.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The company staff is not supportive not even the HR, and the salary is inadequate for the workload. There are no real opportunities for promotion, only a salary increment after one year. Additionally, employees don't even receive a bonus during the Diwali festival.
