Before covid-19 there was no variable pay(which was an highlight and attraction ) but now there is minimum of 10% & max of 20% of variable pay.

Dislikes

People who are close to managers will prosper and will get comparativly higher raise. I worked in the services wing of IBS called CDS and the project used latest technologies, it added good technical skills to me.

...ou would feel like you are the only one who can handle what you have did before. But don't expect the salary hike. You would get team champ, excellence awards but these won't get reflects in your salary.

Compensation formats could be made better. Also certains workflows inside the organisation could be made easier.
