- The salary of existing employees are 40 to 60% less than new joiners. - Health insurance amount is less when compared to other similar companies

Compensation formats could be made better. Also certains workflows inside the organisation could be made easier.

Excellent learning opportunity for some of the projects ( but not guaranteed ).

Poor compensation compared to similar companies. Fresh hires get paid much higher than existing employees. Some projects have a very high workload due to heavy attrition.
