I was a part of functional teams that takes care of functional solution of the project. Infrastructure is very good in the technical aspect. But there was a lapse in intra team communication. Each team was working independently without conveying the update to the other team. Because of this there was no much clarity in the project.

Dislikes

Each team leader was very reluctant to share the details of the project. As a functional architect, it was very difficult in gathering the project update from each team. Very good work environment but it was spoiled because of unwanted gossips. I could not talk about career growth and other aspects etc., since I worked only 6 months in that company.

Likes

This is the best place to learn new skills and improve our technical growth.Training will be given for upgradation of new technology. Team mates will help in technical wise and also maintain a good relationship in personal also.work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Politics is there and it will be reflected at the time of appraisal. So the financial growth was not improved.
