Poor hike, after working for 3years my salary is less than a newly hired graduates because when i joined that time base package was 3.2lpa now it got increases to 4.6lpa, but there is no increase for existing employees.

The office culture is really good, specially the WFH policy (as long as you dom't misuse it). In my case the Manager's were really good and supportive, Considering the work environment , there is no problem until you are working good. I mainly liked the work culture and the colleagues over there, very helping nature.

...er there. At the end of the day, the thing that most matters is our Pay range. IBM really need to improve its Pay scale, A graduate Hire in IBM is earning similar to Security guard at the Receptionist. Even after gaining experience, you are not getting anything in return. Be it the yearly hike, or the Variable , nothing is as compared to the Market Standards. My friends who are in TCS are getting 10k extra with the same experience, This is the main reason for most of the Job Switch from IBM. If this was taken care of, IIB Literally is the best company to work for.

IBM provides good work-life balance for it's employees. It is one of the best company for working women as IBM has an added advantage over other companies in terms of work from home option.

If you join as a fresher you cannot expect much package. But when you join as a lateral hire IBM gives you a decent hike.

Really IBM is nice place to work with balanced life style. WORK FROM HOME facility was awesome. Skills enhancement and training us also good for personal growth.

Its an amazing experience to work in IBM. Projects follow a systematic process. Proper KT is given for the project domains. Lots of online sessions are scheduled in variety of functions and we can take it whenever we get free time. It has WFH option. Has a very gud leave policy and medical benefits. Appraisal wise not that great. They might give 5% to 15% in general.

Dislikes

Compensation is pretty less for experienced professionals.
