It was a very nice experience working there because of the opportunities we get to achieve our targets and then getting rewards for it.....also it was having a very comfortable environment to work.

What I don't like about there is that they do deduction from salary if somebody not achieve their goals given by the company

Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Worst management no proper HR policies, Manager is superior and no value for individual ideas and innovations. Overall ill rate 3 out of 5

Nothing as such, it was good company earlier but now.

...fficult to get project. For everything management will threat to put you in PIP. No salary hike.

... any calendar year - Although you perform well they will demotivate you to stop giving hike - They will maintain the lowest salary package of your market price -Manager Politics are more

Work culture and flexibility. Not too much stress.

...(MS) holder from University of Texas at Arlington, USA are paid the same salary. Very huge pay disparity. No equal pay for equal work. Very racist and biased. Managers make false promises of promotions and very gradual pay hike. No meritrocracy. All degrees are the same. Doesnt matter if you worked until 3AM on projects to earn your STEM degree. BE and US STEM degrees are dirt cheap in India. US Management plays favorites.
