I met lot of knowledgeable people during my tenure in the company. They taught me several things about my profession and ways of improving my ideology, work ethic and other technical things about my work. I will cherish some of my peers always.

... good projects for speaking up. The pay disparity is terrible to in the company. Someone who is from a better college will get 2x-3x of your salary and will do the same work as you do, will have the same working hours as you have. There is no urgency to hide this and they will flaunt it right in front of your face. Several companies are making reforms in this but not IBM India. The work I did was majorly the work that was shifted on us by the IBM US. They mostly did the work (which helps you learning skills and have a better judgement of the project) and Indians were left to just copy paste it. So overall work satisfaction is seriously bad. IBM India will not pay you a single penny outside its salary. Bonuses and other appraisals are in pretty bad scenario. The management will try its level best to save as much money they can to sometimes treating their employees inhumanely.

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

Nothing to like, it's a trauma working here. They will torture and make u frustrated untill u have no other option to put resignation.

...m management is to give mental harassment and pulling out legs down from growth. Very poor culture and no hike or benefits. They will even push somebody to attempt suicide that much pressure they put on somebody that they will forget he is a human

...tion. Everyone keeps quiet about this, if you speak up, you will be highlighted. This is so worse that any other benefit pales in comparison, even a high salary.
