Good job security. Work is decent. Work-life balance depends on your team, good enough for me. Flexible timing. WFH has been around since ages here.

Your pay is what you can bargain for at joining, it remains pretty much the same then. Pay raises are insignificant, lower than inflation. Bonuses are negligible. A lot of clueless people. If you are average, you are usually the smarter one in your team.

Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Worst management no proper HR policies, Manager is superior and no value for individual ideas and innovations. Overall ill rate 3 out of 5

...fficult to get project. For everything management will threat to put you in PIP. No salary hike.

...(MS) holder from University of Texas at Arlington, USA are paid the same salary. Very huge pay disparity. No equal pay for equal work. Very racist and biased. Managers make false promises of promotions and very gradual pay hike. No meritrocracy. All degrees are the same. Doesnt matter if you worked until 3AM on projects to earn your STEM degree. BE and US STEM degrees are dirt cheap in India. US Management plays favorites.
