1. Managers are encouraging to extend responsibilities and to cultivate a growth culture within organization. 2. Almost nil micro management. 3. IBM means flexible work hours, offs, schedules, wfh, and ofcourse unlimited sick leave. 4. IBM culture is awesome what is never seen in other big consulting companies especially some of the Indian Big Giants. 5. Growth and Learning opportunities are too many through free unlimited training access to Azure, Redhat, Udemy, Safari and through IBM Your Learning portal.

Dislikes

Perks are very less in IBM and salary hikes as well. However if you are an extraordinary professional then you can get good salary hikes. Promotions depends on your luck and situation, still on an average every 3 to 4 year you may get next level promotion if you are a performing professional. Sometimes it can speed up, i myself have got no promotion in 4.5 yrs and then double promotions in 2 years. It depends on your luck, manager, project and unbiased appraisal ratings. IBM need to expand itself in public cloud domain as well and that's what is holding it back a little.

...king with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

... duration. Better growth and learning objectives and wide platforms for upgrade. Salary hikes also average as other companies purely depends on manager. Overall a great company to work :)

Great work life balance No micro management No need to maintain hours in office ( no swipe out time) Cab facilities for women employees after 7 pm Commute expenses reimbursement. Culture is very good Lot of learning and certification opportunities

Only point is that, try to get maximum salary when you join IBM. Like many other MNCs yearly hike is very poor in IBM.
