...ibilities. Tools they use are pathetic and no connection between internal tools. Bonus and hikes are once in a blue moon and they have very good reasons not to pay people. They wastes money for un necessary things and they do not invest in people. Its a Garbage and no benefits are provided to employee. One of the worst company, please do not join

The working culture and diversity is top notch. Job security is 100 percent. Most comfortable company to work with.

I just hope they give a very good package. Underpaying the market value. No perks or bonus, very less hike. No benefits, no petrol allowance, No food allowance. Paid leaves are only 22 despite the government has increased. No mandatory leaves. Low budget.

Compensation is poor. Final March payout will not bring smile on all faces. Learning, culture and work life balance wise its a very good company as per my experience. So after negotiating on compensation, you may definitely think about joining it.

IBM do not offer good salary or hikes. In the same way we do not have much pressure as well.
