You are not allowed to take leaves due to Utilization policy. No salary revision, doesn't matter how well you perform. Last year got only 3% hike. No transportation facility. Food is costly in cafeteria. Management only cares about billing and no chance of getting into new technologies

After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.

Promotion proccess at times seems completely dependent on Client feedback might not reflect the true potential of the candidate

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

Job security but manegerial level wil make your life uncomfortable in work.

Dislikes

Packages,no hike even after 1 year completion in the project with good performance. They are ok to hire new employee with 50-70% hike but cannot give even 20% hike for the existing performing employee in the project.
