I would say. its stands on projects and work ability. As felt no job security and low in growth and not listed appraisals for contractors, ground level increment on Salary, Made me to feel dislike.

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

Dislikes

After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.
