Job security but manegerial level wil make your life uncomfortable in work.

Packages,no hike even after 1 year completion in the project with good performance. They are ok to hire new employee with 50-70% hike but cannot give even 20% hike for the existing performing employee in the project.

Work Life balance is Excellent . There are a lot of consideration for women employees, specially regarding timings and flexibility regarding traveling . Company Policies is fare and unbiased. You will get a lot chances for learning. There are many sites that are available and IBM there are many opportunities to learn and grow.

Dislikes

...more, as the hike ration is not fixed , depends on you project specific cases. Variable pay also very less generally it does not come .

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

Job security - there are so many projects. If you are on bench then don't worry if you have skills.

There is nothing like annual/yearly appraisal. You can be on same package for 4 years no matter how hard you work. They will only point out for "out of the box like independently developed some AI toll or equivalent to it" thing and at this point you will loose the battle. If you are okay to get yearly 1-2% hike on overall package then only you should join

If u are having higher band it will be difficult to get projects. If u are not in project no job security.
