No salary hike, promotion give to select people, no night shift allowance, no medical insurance policy given, no employee benefit apart from salary, no 2 way cab facilities.

...e own egos. This is the reason for large number resignations in samuel process. You will be made to work for 12-15hr without extra pay and no holidays. They make you do the work of other people who are there favorites and still Criticize you for not doing work. Just because of the incapable management, the process is suffering and might go back soon. They forcing employees to come to office and do 13hrs shift without extra pay by giving silly security excuses. They have a call centre like environment and favourism and criticisim is very very high due to egoistic management.

Just DONT join. No work life balance,, No bonus, No growth, very high Criticizm and incapable management in PTP gurgaon branch.

...rtime. They don't care about your health nor about your personal life and goals. They promise Overtime Extra pay but it will never come.. They cut your incentive and will give only 30-40% of your incentive amount. Supervisor does not have knowledge of PTP and are of technical background but still they are made supervisors here with no major PTP experience of invoice processing. PO, PR, etc. Really didn't thought IBM will be a disaster to join.

Everthing till now. Don't come here or you will regret. Specially in PTP.
