Good learning and skills development opportunities. Attractive compensation for lateral entries. But compensation growth could become stagnant after that.

No shift timings for my project. Work Life Balance could go for a toss in few projects.

IBM PROVIDES world class platform to their employee to serve the IBM clients efficiently and effectively. All things are process oriented and goes in proper way

There are nothing as negative only the average salary would not satisfy you financially. But work wise you will get great satisfaction.

IBM is good company to work for if you are not too keen about salary or increment. Growth aspect is wide and you have lot of options to choose, and if you want to enhance your career by adding additional skills, it is a best place as you will find quite a lot options
