Company as a over all, good company with nice work culture. Decisions of some management who are influencing higher management is creating damage to company

Dislikes

Packages are very low compared to market and pay hikes are very nominal which are not meeting the inflation rates also. There is some some group of management teams, which do not provide opportunities to work on advanced technologies to all resources equally.

Likes

As compared to other companies IBM is more flexible in terms of work from home. Also, office politics is less. Whole compensation is fixed. Apart from that we kept on getting gift coupons at regular intervals. In last two years, I got gift coupons of Rs. 24000. Got cash award of 150 dollars for conducting interviews.

Dislikes

Annual hike is negligible, at times no salary hike. Also, since whole CTC is fixed, so at the top of CTC they give negligible variable pay though at the time of interview they will say 10-15% variable pay, actually it will never happen.

Job security is the highest, work culture is like any other IT company, good pay, best work life balance, helps in external certification

Very insignificant variable pay hike is less compared to other IT companies

there is no job security as such in any IT company. Work culture is very positive. Micro management depends on your manager. but overall there is focus on Mutual and personal trust. Company HR policies are exceptional. There is no cap on sick leaves.

Dislikes

compensation for tenured employees is terrible. mid single digit hike for last 2 yrs, for very good performance.

Very poor salary range and no salary hike year after another. Their salary package range is half or 1/3rd of the salary of other companies. Don't give salary hike to existing employees for year after another and management doesn't have any idea market standard.
