Best company to work for women and especially working mothers. Company has good policies for work from home as well as it focuses more on work and delivery instead of team sitting together and chit chatting.. I am happy to be an IBMer.

...fficult to get project. For everything management will threat to put you in PIP. No salary hike.

Low salary increments and promotions are hard to get.

1. Low yearly salary hikes (2-7%). 2. No cab facility provided. 3. Promotion process needs improvement. 4. Employee benefits could be enhanced.

Job Security Leaves policy Assignment of project in 2 or 3 months if you are on bench.

...oject you are assigned to and how understanding your team/project lead would be. -> No salary hike. Even though you did well and received good feedback from your project manager, you would get a salary hike like 2 - 5%. Only getting promotions will help you to get a good salary hike. -> No cab facilities for men. -> No proper appreciation for the work you do. -> Work culture is very bad.
