Main issue is compensation for the existing employees, specially with 10 plus yrs of experience, the average is set at very low level , that is less than 1 lac per yr of experience where as external hires get better package for the same roles.

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

Lot of projects available to engage people. More Onsite opportunity .

Skills are under utilized due to project pressure. Salary is low compared to market standard and appraisal takes lot of time. Insurance policy is poor.

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

--only for consulting division-- Very laid back culture. Excellent Work-Life balance. Helpful teams. Plenty of oppurtunity to skill-up in same domain. Not so much if you want to change your domain.
