After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.

Work life balance is very nice and also Flexibility towards work. Great place to work with IBM for everyone.

As per market standards, Salary is not getting as expected. So company should work on Salary hike as per current industry. Rest everything is good.

...d of work which is quite rare, they will let you move but only after 36 months. plus there is no hike.

It is a great company to work and learn. You will get a huge platform to showcase your skills.

Salary hikes and promotions are big component of job and here it is really slow process. you rarely get a hike and promotion but you will get other benefits.
