...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It was great experience to work at IBM, there was healthy atmosphere, friendly surrounded and help me to develop my skills

There was less scope for Career growth and opportunity. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work life is like , you need to work after your office hour if it is necessary.

If u are having higher band it will be difficult to get projects. If u are not in project no job security.

Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Worst management no proper HR policies, Manager is superior and no value for individual ideas and innovations. Overall ill rate 3 out of 5
