...h IBM! It pays poorly, no job satisfaction, managers are biased no job security. Even after 7+ years my package is still about 5 lacs !! I cry everyday to get up and go to work because I have to support myself. But if I had another option even with same package I would have left IBM long time back !

Dislikes

After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.
