There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

Dislikes

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

I have 3 years of experience at IBM as a #DataEngineer in a Big Data role. I have applied to multiple MNCs, and I received an interview mail from TCS for a Data Engineer role on 22nd January.
