After receiving H1B they never approved my travel and you are forced to stay there for less salary. Don't take joining bonus, get maximum take home salary before joining. In percentage you will receive like 8-10 percent hike but in 3 years you will be less paid and have less knowledge as you work for some client.

Likes

Work life balance was the key part. Th training given and flexibility in working hours.

Dislikes

For 2 years there was no salary hike, so comparatively, my salary was way less than my counterparts in other companies

IBM is very good ... learning and skill development opportunities are there ...but the problems is there with manager and promotion. Hike is very minimal...and work from options is not there for all the project. And the project which is having WOR FROM HOME...are very less and one needs to have approval.

Dislikes

Hike, promotion and bonus these three things are very rare ....it's like once in green, red and blue moon. Favoruism is there .... management is not looking into it.

...king with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

Job security - there are so many projects. If you are on bench then don't worry if you have skills.

Dislikes

There is nothing like annual/yearly appraisal. You can be on same package for 4 years no matter how hard you work. They will only point out for "out of the box like independently developed some AI toll or equivalent to it" thing and at this point you will loose the battle. If you are okay to get yearly 1-2% hike on overall package then only you should join
