Nothing, practically. Just imagine for 4 years I had to pay parking charges at office. No tea or coffee machines. No hikes, bonus mentioned in offer letter was never paid. Compare it 5 companies I worked in all are very best. Even Indian IT companies with third class name are better for employees than IBM. Some managers also expect in particular project to work for 6 days a week. Ginni travelled once in my tenure to India only to meet Sunil Bharti mittal. She didn't even came once to office site and left.

Dislikes

How can you ask employees to pay for parking charges when you are neither providing common transport, place does not have good public transport and parking charges are hourly basis and can go up to 400 rs. If I ever get my life to live again I will try to erase chapter called IBM in my life.

...king with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Dislikes

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

Likes

The professionalism and work culture is extremely likeable. You get work life balance. Here there's simple way of working "do your job and forget rest". Amazing flexibility and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

The only thing to dislike is below average salary hike.

Good WLB, Good projects java, springboot(in my case i got a good opportunity, some times it depends, there are legacy projects as well)

Dislikes

Salary is less than market standards, Promotion and hikes are not well defined. It depends from project to project and manager. I see there is no clear picture about promotion cycle.
