Dislikes

...n which I worked there do not give us prior intimation for project wrapping off. At the end of the day they immediate asked me to leave but they gave me atleast next 3 month salary that was good for me.

...what is the work of HR if employee always need to connect with people manager. . there is no policy of giving appraisal as I worked for almost 6 year in IBM and got no hike and promotion. To get the promotion employee should do personal work of manager like get coffee, get the laptop bag, book cabs etc.. Very disappointed with IBM policy.
