There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

IBM provides a lot of learning opportunity,so you can pick a field that you are interested and grow yourself in that and ask for project in that field.

It's a good place to work and learn ,apart from the salary expectations.

... pressure or even make you struggle. Any time work from home., unlimited leaves., good compensation and perfect work life balance

Being in such a big org., you don't get to learn much or develop much unless your manager hand holds you at each step

I love working at IBM because of its Timings , Working from Home options.The onsite opportunities are good but it depends on project.In my project few seniors got Visa and they went to US.IBM encourages Innovative ideas and appreciate people who come up with new ideas.

The salary hikes are low sometimes.It is bit difficult for technology change in the company itself where RCM will ask 100 questions regarding why do we need to change and all.
