Work Life Balance for sure. There no-one would force you to come to office, even before COVID-19 this was the culture there.

Dislikes

Not much clarity about the growth path & the band promotions, salary was of course one of the major items to be disliked.

IBM a.k.a Kyndryl now is only good for highly experienced folks who would be able to join here with a fabulous package and would plan to retire from here … for anyone else its a waste of time and experience as neither money nor skills would increase here unless you are blessed with a guarding angel as your manager and it will only make you less confident and laid back to try anywhere else

IBM definitely needs to recognise their existing talent more and try ti retain employees who have put in their efforts towards this organisation rather than being nonchalant to their in house talent leaving them dry and hanging and looking out for new guys at drop of a hat

There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

IBM provides a lot of learning opportunity,so you can pick a field that you are interested and grow yourself in that and ask for project in that field.

Dislikes

It's a good place to work and learn ,apart from the salary expectations.
