Dislikes

Salary sits on snail increments in very slow phase. Over period of time salary will be 100% less to current market. Learning always 100% more with current market.

You will get your salary on time if you work.

Dislikes

This is a Manager's company, so if you know your manager then you will get salary hike/promotion/on site opportunity etc. But if your Manager doesn't know you then you will stay at the same level till your retirement.
