No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.

No doubt working with prestigious organisation like IBM is a eye catcher. Company will force you to learn anytime. So you will learn a lot through, learning assignment , free premium udemy, wfh facility.

Only Salary. What you get at the time of joining , will be fixed. No increment in any manner. There is no standard to that. So make sure ,you ask higher. They will deny on this but it is true. It is not Limited to me having 3 yrs in IBM but others who has 7 years too has the same issue.

Nothing to like. Manager dominating culture

Dislikes

...less it find u belong to a perticular region or language. So wouldn't recommend. Additionally very less pay and no perks. U never expect for promotion even.

I have 2 offers in same location : Need guidance to choose one 1) Tech Mahindra (U4) Fixed 23.9 Variable 2.6=26.5 No joining bonus Project details informed already 2)IBM(7B) Fixed 21.37 Variable 2=23.37 Joining bonus is 1 lakh Tech M pays almost variable pay every month whereas IBM at year end.
