The company is now a day very progressive and working very clearly on cloud strategies. In recent times they made a lot of collaboration and investments in acquisitions and providing learning opportunities to their employees.

IBM is amazing company to work with. There is job security, specially when most of the companies are releasing, terminating employees. Most of the people have made this place great to work. Company policies are very employees friendly and is very helpful. One of the very unique policy is that they provide loan as well in case of medical emergencies.

Growth, hike, salary depends on manager, I think atleast salary should have a structure in place as per market and it should not have any control by managers.

... in any Large Conglomerate / MNC Complex Structure creates delay in Progression. Salary- Decent .However needs to be Negotiated well during Hiring. Work Life Balance - Offlate that is changing due to mandatory presence enforced Org wide.

Lot of projects available to engage people. More Onsite opportunity .

Skills are under utilized due to project pressure. Salary is low compared to market standard and appraisal takes lot of time. Insurance policy is poor.
