Salary Negotiation
Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ? Likes

Lot of learning opportunities and initiatives by the company. Work life balance is good based on the projects you work on. There is no work timings, just complete the work assigned and none bothers you. Great co workers, very helpful.

Dislikes

Recognition and rewards are very bad here. Salary hikes are bad and the yearly bonus are the worst. IBM takes half yearly feedbacks on the performance, but it is not taken into consideration. Whatever you work or how many projects you take and deliver quality work managers just give you one liner feedback. It is driven by managers. It is very important for a company to make their employees feel good.

Dislikes

The compensation. at least there should be distinctive points for performers and non-performers. If both are treated equally, Non-performers will be motivated and performers will feel like harassed and team will end up having more and more non-performers in the team.

Dislikes

...(MS) holder from University of Texas at Arlington, USA are paid the same salary. Very huge pay disparity. No equal pay for equal work. Very racist and biased. Managers make false promises of promotions and very gradual pay hike. No meritrocracy. All degrees are the same. Doesnt matter if you worked until 3AM on projects to earn your STEM degree. BE and US STEM degrees are dirt cheap in India. US Management plays favorites.
