Company changed working hours plolicy without employee constent or salary hike. Earlier we use to do 9 hour plolicy including break now we are advised to do 10 hour including intervals. cafeteria food price and quality manager behaviour

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

L&D team is good to conduct multiple trainings. They have certification program which can be utilised to upskill and get certified.

Dislikes

Salary hike is below industry standard. Promotion depends on the visibility of the project.

The professionalism and work culture is extremely likeable. You get work life balance. Here there's simple way of working "do your job and forget rest". Amazing flexibility and learning opportunities.

The only thing to dislike is below average salary hike.
