There is a lot of learning opportunity in IBM, with wide range of technologies.People are good and collaborative.Unlimited sick leaves can be availed on producing genuine medical certificates.

Salary hike is very low and work life balance was bad(depends on the client).

Job security is very high as it is a very big company. Work culture really depends on the project you are assigned to. Company policies are also well defined. Management is also fine, always they keep a humanitarian face in my experience.

Dislikes

Compensation revision in IBM is not at per with its peers. If the management can improve on it, I think they will be able to attract a lot more talents.

If u are having higher band it will be difficult to get projects. If u are not in project no job security.

...(MS) holder from University of Texas at Arlington, USA are paid the same salary. Very huge pay disparity. No equal pay for equal work. Very racist and biased. Managers make false promises of promotions and very gradual pay hike. No meritrocracy. All degrees are the same. Doesnt matter if you worked until 3AM on projects to earn your STEM degree. BE and US STEM degrees are dirt cheap in India. US Management plays favorites.

Everything Excellent company, work life balance is great Pay is decent not as great as others but it compensates it with other benefits.

Dislikes

Might improve location allocation for employees, So can be near to their families.
