Nothing as such, it was good company earlier but now.

...fficult to get project. For everything management will threat to put you in PIP. No salary hike.

Dislikes

Moderate to no hike , no promotion , can't take much leave ( though sick leaves are unlimited , that would have impact on utilization . One person can't even use 50% of his earn leave in a year )

Flexible office hours Fixed pay. No variable pay. you get bonus at the end of the year but that is not included in CTC Lots of resources available for employees for upskilling

Dislikes

Very slow growth. Promotion gets difficult beyond 7b band and there is also a catch if you get promoted beyond 7b there would be challenges in getting billable roles/projects. Lots of old timers in the company they wont grow also will engage in all sorts of dirty politics to ensure new employees to struggle.

You will get opportunities to learn new new things. Work from home. Flexible timings

Dislikes

... terrible. Even though your ratings are good you will not get hike more than 4%. Sometimes they say you are not eligible for salary hike.

...ed for employees. People manager keeps on changing in every 6 months to 1 year. The salary hike and appraisals are under the control of him. There will be no discussion occurs between me and my PeM. They just give the default rating without saying any reason. The salary hike also depends on PeM and get hikes if he is interested to give.
