If you have a good salary, and you got the project with respect to your skill set then balle balle. Dont expect salary increase every year because IBM dont work like other companies like minimum salary hike. Hard to find any projects releated to Cloud domain or big data or PySpark. Work life balance is good and job security is there.

Dislikes

As i said , dont expect salary hike like other companies has minimum increase ratio is 5%. Project is less in cloud, pyspark , big data technologies .

Likes

Good sessions,training and learning. Good projects and one can learn proper hierarchy of SA TA lead developers n processes involved. Good lwc lightning intergration project too. Shift allowance though not too huge.

Dislikes

Not great compensation. I had to support one support project too along with other new development project of 9hrs, was sort of burden to attend calls for both plus support/develop another hence I could say this was not planned properly . Not all people manager care for your career growth here. They delay too much to reply to your query and can even ignore same.

Depending upon the project you might get work from home and flexibility in work. Lot of learning platforms.

Dislikes

... projects might compromise with work life balance as they need extended support. Salary hike/appraisal doesn't have rating method and transparency. Health policy doesn't includes parents.

It provides flexibility like working from home and in work timings. It provides a decent work life balance

...th in the company. The experience from IBM doesn't count for much in the market. The compensation is miniscule compared to industry and there is no growth in salary. Promotions are hard to come by and tied in a lot of red tape.

Most of the time manager are giving an opportunity to work independently. It would help a lot to everyone to handle complex situations

Salary increments and imbalance of performance ratings b/w onsite and offshore employees
