No doubt working with prestigious organisation like IBM is a eye catcher. Company will force you to learn anytime. So you will learn a lot through, learning assignment , free premium udemy, wfh facility.

Dislikes

Only Salary. What you get at the time of joining , will be fixed. No increment in any manner. There is no standard to that. So make sure ,you ask higher. They will deny on this but it is true. It is not Limited to me having 3 yrs in IBM but others who has 7 years too has the same issue.

Good sessions,training and learning. Good projects and one can learn proper hierarchy of SA TA lead developers n processes involved. Good lwc lightning intergration project too. Shift allowance though not too huge.

Not great compensation. I had to support one support project too along with other new development project of 9hrs, was sort of burden to attend calls for both plus support/develop another hence I could say this was not planned properly . Not all people manager care for your career growth here. They delay too much to reply to your query and can even ignore same.

Dislikes

...th in the company. The experience from IBM doesn't count for much in the market. The compensation is miniscule compared to industry and there is no growth in salary. Promotions are hard to come by and tied in a lot of red tape.
