I like my job there, my supervisor was helping in nature, always stands besides every team member for aid them.

Dislikes

I was happy with my Job but due to Salary and some issues happened on the floor which was not expected. I always like IBM India as best work place but due to some more power to manager/supervisor its too much complicated to speak something more, because in last you need approvals for everything by your manager. I Love to work with IBM INDIA PVT. LTD.

Varied exposure. Due to lack of budget management will get most of the high end task done by you thereby increasing the exposure.

...agement i worked with was not skilled and GA was managed by PTP and OTC leaders Bad pay - increments and perks are really bad Office politics - no value for work if you are good at dancing or singing or anchoring management might favour you. If you are good at work they will drill you. Management company - there is no HR so the rule of manager is final. I witnessed few harassment casses wherein a female employee was abused by manager and on her complaint there was no action. No promotions - there is no 18 or 24 month criteria. Even if you are top rater they at first will make false promises of promotion and later will reject your promotion. Self centered management - the management is so self centered they even jeopardize the careers of innocent. I witnessed few cases where people were asked to resign or else threatened to be given PIP. No formal documentation of roles and responsibilities also even sometimes they mislead org chart or hierarchy. Delayed FNF - management is unaware about FNF policy or relieving formalities which result in delay of FNF. My FNF is pending for more than 2 months and after several escalations i get no resolution. Micro management and pathetic work life balance with no wfh policy. I had to fight with management to allow my team to take 1 wfh a week.

...t shift job company's doesnt provide any night shift allowance to the employees. The salary provided by the company is very very less for survival in the world where tomatoes cost 230rs per kg. Its hard to feed single person in 21,700 per month .

Basically IBM provides all standard of work what an MNC provided and good scope for learning, better training programmes and salary structure. And healthy work environment with good people.

Dislikes

...ment, yearly increment is sometimes zero percent and max will also be 8 percent. Manager have all the rights to do with your salary , starting it is good but after there is no growth plus No HR contact, manager is the only person you can go for. No idea when you will get promotion or hike.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts it. It gives individual a platform to interact with clients, which is good for personal development

Compensation is decent, but there is no other monetary benefit
