IBM is one of the most cultured company, extremely safe for women to work and grow. Lots of opportunities to grow as skilled professional and sky is the limit here. There are few flaws but its common to have certin aspects which do not match with our ambitions like Money! Leadership is completely wise on taking and keeping people in workforce, make them skilled and keeping the culture alive! Internal politics needa to be handled at some level but can see many people more than 10- 15 years here.. makes me comfortable.

Female demeaned a male at workplace. This is creating feeling of henious and criminal acts. He is not from that background. A person do job to see himself working. But what happened she demeaned him, thinking in a particular religion nothing is said to a female. But that's wrong, how can she be in company. social engineering is manipulated to extreme extent. A person can become extremely violent. Proved to extreme extent. Company is good but some people are not. Girl who insult boy is harlot. and people who support because she is at a good post or working for several years are people who bring customers to her. No one can be insulted badly in the name of work. They exploit the loop holes in tranning by manipulating social engineering. They say it happens every where if this is so then why even gangsters appreciate good people. At the office premises, no one will say wrong, because they have to see future, superior use it to its extent for bullying/demeaning because no one will say anything in office premises as it is bad for feedback. Using benifit of doubt any time, to prove other person wrong even if he/she is not. When they realise it is there mistake they end up becoming good. Misusing the interaction, the employee trusted them and told them personal things. They make mockery and tell them indirectly to others as it creates environment of hostility, revenge, killing. Usage of majority as tool to prove other person wrong and it also helps to create situations.
