Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I would not suggest to work with this company at all.

Dislikes

Lot of internal Politics, Neither Professional in any manner nor Cooperative, No Career growth, no job security, No Appraisals happens 2-2 yrs, F&F will take minimum 60 days to 180 days with tremendous followup and headache, No Focus, No Sympathy at all. Local Expenses are not up to the average. Not even proper parking place.

Got to learn a lot.Very co operative culture. Best in employee engagement.They spend a lot in corporate outing and annual day...It was fun working there. Being a mid size organization they are doing there best at what they could do.

Dislikes

I think they shud work 5 days a week and must hv a plan for employees growth. Also they must provide mediclaim facility fr all the employees.
