Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I would not suggest to work with this company at all.

Dislikes

Lot of internal Politics, Neither Professional in any manner nor Cooperative, No Career growth, no job security, No Appraisals happens 2-2 yrs, F&F will take minimum 60 days to 180 days with tremendous followup and headache, No Focus, No Sympathy at all. Local Expenses are not up to the average. Not even proper parking place.

Got to learn a lot.Very co operative culture. Best in employee engagement.They spend a lot in corporate outing and annual day...It was fun working there. Being a mid size organization they are doing there best at what they could do.

Dislikes

I think they shud work 5 days a week and must hv a plan for employees growth. Also they must provide mediclaim facility fr all the employees.
