I'm of the minimalist type and the size of the company is one thing I am most satisfied with, not sure I'm up for the crowd. IBCS Corp has its staff's well-being at heart, super excited that my needs are almost every time met. Also, my boss is amazing!!

Dislikes

The only thing that would make me leave is the salary, at some point I'll need to level up as demands keep going up.

Terrible organisation. Extremely unprofessional. Nothing to like about.

They laid me off as soon as the client project got over without even an official intimation that i am getting fired. No termination letter. I am begging for a relieving letter which they are not providing even after a month of laying me off. HR is extremely unprofessional and uneducated, cannot understand or converse in basic English, f**ked my first month salary by making documentation errors.

I love that a group of people from all over the world with different cultures, backgrounds and talents can come together and complete difficult projects in a rapid manner. I Deliver is their moto and they do deliver.

There isn't really anything that I dislike about the company.

IBCS Corp has a nice work culture and allows employees to work freely,also there is good support from the Board of Managment and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

I would like to say about team as well as about company environment . Team is very supportive . and very flexible environment to do work . very good company to learn lots of multiple things . Happy Cow gives us more Milk . iBCS is one of such company where they can Keep their employees happy by supporting them in all circumstances . We are working as Family so I am very happy working with iBCS corp .
